Our Dust-Free Workshop is Ready for Production

We are happy to share that we have made a significant investment in dust-free workshop(Class 1000). This investment has enabled us to offer better service for customers in semi-conductor and pharmacy industry. The workshop is one of the first dust-free workshops in China which designed and constructed as per international standards. It's mainly used for the production of high-purity fluoroplastics. The products are produced in strict accordance with SEMI F57 standard, which are widely used in the applications of semiconductor, electronics, pharmacy etc., such as ultrapure water and liquid chemical storage& delivering systems.

● High purity PFA tube: Φ6.35~ Φ 50.8mm

● High purity PFA rod: Φ5~ Φ80mm

● High purity PVDF pipe: Φ20~ Φ 90mm

3. Production Capacity:

Four high-precision fully automatic production lines for high purity fluoroplastics, with an annual output of 200 tons.
